As a Senior PHP Full Stack Developer, you’ll work with the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, Livewire), plus Docker, Redis, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make real architectural decisions that keep the platform fast, scalable, and production-ready. What You’ll Be Doing
- Backend Leadership – Own service logic, scalable architecture, and integrations in Laravel (PHP 8+)
- Queue Mastery – Improve reliability and error handling across background jobs async processes
- CI/CD DevOps – Collaborate to strengthen pipelines, automated testing, and deployments
- Containers Environments – Manage Docker-based dev environments with multiple workers services
- Integrations – Work with APIs services like Twilio, RingCentral, AWS
- Frontend Collaboration – Contribute to UI components with Livewire, TailwindCSS, and Vite
- Mentorship Quality – Uphold coding standards, peer reviews, and guide best practices
- Continuous Improvement – Tackle technical debt and contribute to long-term platform strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong PHP (8.0+) Laravel (10+) experience
- Full stack skills: Blade templating, Livewire components, TailwindCSS, Vite
- Solid MySQL database design optimisation experience
- Skilled with Redis (queues, caching) and background job processing
- Comfortable in containerised environments (Docker, docker-compose)
- Experience with CI/CD workflows, Git, and modern dev practices
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across functions
- Pragmatic approach to testing (PHPUnit, CI pipelines)
- Ability to work independently while influencing project direction
