We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 10‑month fixed‑term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role supporting hiring across Perspectum globally, where you’ll be trusted to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes from day one.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and secure top talent. This is a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with strong execution. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our employer brand, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring we continue to attract high‑quality talent across specialist and technical roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles and functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and advise on best practice
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high‑quality candidates
- Delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the business externally
- Driving improvements in recruitment processes and TA projects
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and recruitment standards
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced TA Partner who is confident operating independently and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
Essential
- Proven experience in an in‑house, agency, or RPO recruitment role
- Strong track record of managing full lifecycle recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple roles, and deliver at pace
- Strong systems capability (ATS, sourcing tools, data/analytics)
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Desirable
- Experience hiring within life sciences, medical devices, pharma, or other regulated environments
- Prior experience supporting similar organisations (e.g. Biotech / healthcare or comparable)
- Experience mentoring junior team members or supporting TA team development
- Professional accreditation (CIPD, REC, etc.)
