Perspectum, in partnership with InHealth, is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Administration Clerk to support the day-to-day running of the Oxford Community Diagnostic Centre.

This varied role combines reception, appointment booking, and administrative responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience throughout their diagnostic journey.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and support patients and visitors at reception.
  • Book, amend, and manage patient appointments using CRIS and EPR systems.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information.
  • Manage cancellations and maximise appointment capacity.
  • Produce and send appointment letters.
  • Liaise with clinicians, nursing teams, and administrative colleagues.
  • Provide reception cover and general administrative support as required.

About You

  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using IT systems and learning new applications.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable: Experience with CRIS, EPR, or other healthcare administration systems.
