Office Administrator in Sheffield

We have a fantastic vacancy for a Trainee Office Administrator to join our expanding team. This is a multi-faceted role where you will gain experience in providing high quality office support in a busy and professional environment, which will be invaluable to the whole team. You will act as the point of contact for colleagues and clients, both over the phone and in person, as well as liaising with product providers and supporting the team with all aspects of the general office administration.

Office: Perspective (North East) Limited
Location: Dinnington, Sheffield
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour break (35 hours)
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications. Available upon request.

You will need to be motivated, friendly and professional at all times and able to hold conversations with third parties, representing the company in a professional manner. You will also be skilled in, or have the ability to learn:

• Confident with IT and Microsoft office software packages, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
• Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to produce concise business correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Flexibility/ adaptability to cope with change.
• A team player with a positive attitude
