Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Adviser to join our team in Maidstone.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in providing clients with first class advice in line with the FCA regulations, ensuring a brilliant service.
Office: Perspective (South East) Limited
Location
Maidstone Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a one-hour break (35 hours)
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications. Available upon request.

Requirements
- Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Strong communication skills; and the ability to ask appropriate questions of clients.
- Good analytical skills, money management skills and planning skills.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to assist clients.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Flexible/adaptable to cope with change.
- To be motivated, friendly and professional at all times; and provide impartial unbiased advice.
- Excellent time management to ensure appointments are scheduled with realistic time frames.
- Act in a professional manner when dealing with colleagues/stakeholders.
- Ability to work as part of a Team; collaborating with the local team including Paraplanners and Administrators; and across the wider business as appropriate.
- Detailed understanding of the advice process.
- Detailed understanding of financial planning.
- Detailed understanding of products and solutions to meet client needs.
- Up to date knowledge of the financial market place.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements; including Consumer Duty requirements; GDPR; and anti-money laundering requirements.
