We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Adviser Competency team as a Trainee Adviser Competence Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial planning who is looking to develop a career within Training & Competence (T&C).
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or close to completion.
- Experience within Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in coaching and developing others.
- Flexibility to travel when required
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of FCA Training & Competence requirements.
- Previous mentoring or coaching experience.
- J07, AF6 or H15 qualifications.
