Personnel Today Awards is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead HR strategy during a period of growth and ongoing M&A activity. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the people agenda, drive organisational development and lead HR across the business.
You will deliver HR strategy, manage complex employee relations, and guide the HR function through integration of new teams, regions and systems while working with the board to align people initiatives with corporate objectives.
