You will join a dedicated HR project team, delivering hands-on support across restructures, consultation exercises, redundancy programmes, redeployment activity, and employee relations in a complex, unionised environment.
The role involves working 3 days per week on site in Dorset with 2 days from home, and occasional site attendance for consultations. CIPD qualification is desirable.
