We are looking for an experienced Chef to take the leading role in this busy brunch and small plate restaurant offering traditional and classic dishes showcasing uncomplicated honest food. As Relief Head Chef, you will ideally come from a fine dining background, have a good understanding of ingredients and know how to use them. You should be organised, methodical, have a flair for excellent presentation and understand the importance of simple honest flavours and finesse in preparation and service.
You will work closely with the assistant chef, other kitchen staff and the owner (FOH) to prepare, cook and serve dishes in their 60 seat restaurant.
