We are thrilled to be recruiting for an additional Junior Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie to join our client's team. Our client is now on the look out for an accomplished chef to join the team in this modern contemporary style restaurant within a fantastic small hotel.
We are looking for chefs who are ideally classically trained, passionate about food and service and have experience of working in fine dining pubs and/or restaurants. Ideally you will have at least 2 years at Chef de Partie level or above. You should be enthusiastic, motivated and have drive to produce exceptional plates of food.
You will have a good repertoire of dishes, understand the importance of using the finest seasonal produce available and enjoy contributing to menus design. Our client is seeking consistency to build on their already excellent reputation and are looking for chefs that with a desire to progress.
You should have some experience of health and hygiene practices, be a good communicator, work well in a team environment and have the ability to organise a smooth running of a section.
The restaurant caters for very approximately 20-40 covers for lunches, up to 80 covers for dinner (during busy times) and can accommodate in the region of 100 covers for Sunday lunch.
