Relief Chef de Partie - Busy Holiday Park and Pub Restaurant - Bridport Area - £19.00 per hour - Live-in

BRIEF OVERVIEW

We are recruiting for a number of relief chef positions in the Bridport area, immediate start preferred. As Relief Chef de Partie you will work alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef and/or Catering Manager carrying out basic chef duties required to run a section. Duties include the preparation of a variety of high volume simple classic pub dishes from fresh locally sourced ingredients, others are pre-prepared dishes cooked from frozen. Good teamwork ethic, training on site, lots of hours, immediate start.
