BRIEF OVERVIEW
We are recruiting for a number of relief chef positions in the Bridport area, immediate start preferred. As Relief Chef de Partie you will work alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef and/or Catering Manager carrying out basic chef duties required to run a section. Duties include the preparation of food and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
