Relief Chef de Partie – Busy Holiday Park and Pub Restaurant – Bridport Area – £19.00 per hour – Live-inBRIEF OVERVIEWWere recruiting for a number of relief chef positions in Bridport area, immediate start preferred. As Relief Chef de Partie you will work along side the Head Chef, Sous Chef and/or Catering Manager carrying out basic chef duties required to run a section. Duties include the preparation of a variety of high volume simple classic pub dishes from fresh locally sourced ingredients, others are preprepared dishes cooked from frozen.
