Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Sous Chef with a sound knowledge of Greek and Italian style dishes to join their kitchen team.
They're looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality food, has excellent attention to detail, and can support the Head Chef in maintaining the standards our guests expect.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you will:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to specification.
Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service.
