Personnel Solutions are hiring for a long-established, family-run car dealership with a strong reputation for honesty, quality, and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their friendly workshop team.
The Role
- General servicing and maintenance on retail and stock vehicles
- Conducting VHC's on all new stock
- Cambelt and timing belt replacements
- Vehicle preparation work for sale
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification
- Solid experience in servicing and general mechanical repairs
- Experience with cambelts and prep work is essential
- MOT Tester qualification not required, but desirable
- Hybrid/EV knowledge not essential, but desirable
- Someone reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a small, supportive team
What We Offer
- Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications
- Monday–Friday working hours (no weekends)
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with one extra day added each year for long service
- Basic tools provided (you’re welcome to use your own if preferred)
