Hours/Salary:

Monday to Friday

8am – 5pm

up to £50k – this will depend on experience and skillset

This is an on-site role based in Mansfield, NG18

Duties

* Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organisational goals.

* Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various to ensure high performance standards.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.

* Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement, to optimise productivity.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.

* Responsible for effective cost control and management of stock used by the contents division, including disposables, general product and packaging supplies.

* Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or service

Skills

* Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and performance metrics.

* Ability to lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

* Sound understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
