Due to increase in business we are now recruiting a complaints / customer service advisor to join our busy team in Brisol This is a full time ongoing role with permanent oppurtunites for the right candidate Responsibilites Answering calls from customers, troubleshooting the issues and escalating where required Responding to emails and booking enquriries Previous experience You must be telephone and email literate. This role is a telephone focused role
