HGV Class 2 Driver - Staveley
PS Ltd are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for our client based in Staveley. This role involves delivering building materials to builders' merchants and building sites, with minimal handball involved.
Pay Rates

£16.00 per hour for the first 40 hours.

£20.00 per hour after 40 hours.

Shift Details

06:00 starts.

Deliveries to builders' merchants, building sites and occasional residential properties.

Up to approximately 7 drops per day once fully trained.

Driving 12-tonne and 18-tonne rigid curtain-sided vehicles.

Minimal handball, although some house deliveries will require manual handling.
Driver Requirements

Minimum 6 months' experience driving Class 2 vehicles.

Valid HGV Class 2 licence.

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Confident navigating building sites and making deliveries safely.

Reliable, professional and comfortable with occasional handball.
