Personnel Solutions is looking for a personable and organised Customer Service/Service Advisor to joining our client who is are an established Automotive dealership on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be experienced within a customer-facing environment, friendly and have good communication skills.
Hours
- 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
- Up to £32k
Responsibilities
- Scheduling services and mots
- Communicating with technicians
- Greeting customers and keeping them updated
- Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service.
