FLT Counterbalance Driver - Dispatch

PS LTD are currently looking for 1–2 experienced FLT Drivers to join our clients busy dispatch team in Bilsthorpe.

INTERVIEWS MONDAY

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is reliable, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off shifts
• 06:00am – 18:00pm
• Overtime available at short notice
• Pay Rate: £13.53 - £15.16ph

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Loading & unloading trailers
• Scanning stock onto trailers
• Order picking & batching orders
• Box tipping & loading bulkers for animal feed
• Operating FLT and EPT equipment safely
• Shunting trailers on and off bays (training provided)
• Operating bay doors and loading ramps
• Loading off ramps outside when required
• Completing PC‑based warehouse/admin tasks
• Working in a cold store for short periods
• Dealing with customers professionally
• Reporting directly to the Dispatch Manager
• Following all up‑to‑date food safety regulations

Requirements

• In‑date FLT licence
• Good computer skills
• Previous warehouse/despatch experience preferred
• Flexible approach to overtime and workload
• Good understanding of food regulations and warehouse safety procedures
