Van Drivers Wanted - Edinburgh
Location: Edinburgh
Pay: £16.87 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 09:30 to 17:30
- We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Van Drivers to join a busy parcel delivery operation in Edinburgh.
The role involves delivering parcels to both businesses and residential properties, providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
The Role
As a Van Driver, your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
- Delivering parcels to businesses and residential addresses
- Loading and unloading parcels
- Completing deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Following designated delivery routes and instructions
- Providing good customer service
- Working to daily delivery targets while maintaining high standards of service
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a full manual UK driving licence
- Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Be able to successfully complete a DBS check before starting work
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Have a professional and customer-focused attitude
- Be comfortable working independently and managing your own delivery round
- Have good communication skills
