Warehouse Operative
Job Description:
We are recruiting up to 5 Warehouse Operatives for ongoing work at Barton Business Park.
Rotating Shifts - £13.33 - £14.94 per hour
Monday to Friday, rotating weekly:
- 06:00 to 14:00
- 14:00 to 22:00
Duties
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading goods
- Stock replenishment
- Quality checking products
- Operating warehouse equipment where required
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting with general warehouse duties
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience would be helpful but is not essential, as training will be provided.
Applicants must:
- Be reliable and punctual
- Work well as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to understand written and spoken English for instructions and health and safety
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Provide a full five-year employment history, with any gaps explained
- Complete a DBS check, with employment subject to a satisfactory result
