Personnel Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for a highly motivated and organised Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure the organisation runs efficiently and effectively whilst managing multiple teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a strategic mindset to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational growth and success within a dynamic environment.
Hours/Salary: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm up to £50k - this will depend on experience and skillset. This is an on-site role based in Mansfield, NG18.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various departments to ensure high performance standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement, to optimise productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Responsible for effective cost control and management of stock used by the contents division, including disposables, general product and packaging supplies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or service.
