Personnel Selection in Fleet is seeking an Internal Sales Manager to join our senior management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role is based at head office with 4–5 days a week on-site and up to 2 days per week working from home after handover.

You will lead the Internal Sales Team, drive performance, develop team capability, and report to the CCO/Commercial leadership.

A strong knowledge of UK mortgage markets or FCA experience is advantageous.
