Personnel Selection is seeking an Internal Sales Manager in Fleet to lead our Internal Sales Team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and ensure high performance, training, and regulatory compliance across regions.

The role is based at our Head Office in Fleet with 2 days of remote work after handover, typical 9am-5pm hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical insurance, and a discretionary bonus.
