We require a Part Time Export Administrator to join our wider sales administration and export team working Wed to Fri 22.5 hours per week job share. The role would suit candidates with previous sales administration and export experience seeking part time hours working for a well respected international manufacturing and engineering company. Based at our modern UK Head Office in Yateley with some WFH available once trained. We are happy to consider applicants looking to return to work or those seeking to reduce their hours to part time and can provide training on our systems and latest processes and procedures building upon your existing or previous export experience. With a salary up to £34500 pro rata, equivalent to £20700 for 22.5 hours, with on site parking, annual bonus scheme, full benefits package and generous holiday allowance. The main purpose of the role is to manage product orders and custom project orders for the complete range of our equipment. Through the acknowledgement of orders received, applying for Export licences, liaison over delivery dates and organisation of worldwide shipments. Ensuring all activities are undertaken to maximise levels of customer satisfaction and in strict compliance with export and other shipping regulation. To be successful you should have previous sales administration and export admin experience. You should have strong PC skills and be used to working on a database or CRM system.
