We require a Part Time Administrator, initially on a 3 month contract basis to start mid to end Sept through to Christmas when it will be reviewed. Working ideally Mon to Fri mornings only (16 to 20 hours per week), with the benefit of the role being majority work from home too. Although, you must be happy to attend our Frimley office as necessary to manage meeting set up and post. Paying up to £15 per hour paid weekly working with a friendly and professional team across the business providing both administration and customer and virtual reception support. We are a leading charitable organisation within the nutrition and health related sector, providing advice, information and support to our members across the UK. The role is available as the charity grows and would suit candidates with previous administration and telephone customer service experience now seeking a new challenge with a well established and local charity who can offer part time hours and work from home. Main Purpose & Scope of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Team, serving as the primary contact for telephone and email enquiries. Key responsibilities include assisting participants with access to their e-learning accounts, general troubleshooting and liaising with our IT and Learner Management System providers, maintaining accurate records, managing administrative processes and databases, coordinating incoming and outgoing post, and performing ad hoc office duties as required. Administration: • Assist participants with their Learner Management Accounts, resolving basic queries and escalating technical issues to external IT support providers • Complete basic fixes in WordPress for our Learner Management System • Answer the telephone line, triage calls appropriately, and relay messages to the Manager • Provide reception support for the Information Helpline during team absences, ensuring all enquiries are noted and passed on to them. • Make room bookings • Maintain a tidy and well-functioning office environment, including shared spaces and meeting spaces. • Organise refreshments and ensure room set-up, including technology requirements, for meetings and events as required. • Collate team meeting agendas and distribute Virtual Reception: • Manage the general email accounts, ensuring all correspondence is directed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner • Respond to enquiries via the general telephone line, handling calls professionally and taking accurate messages for team members • Fortnightly collection post from the Frimley Office and monthly post collections for the old office, enter any updated contact information on the CRM To be successful, you should have strong PC skills and ideally have experience of working with databases including assisting with the back end support to users. Strong communication skills, an organised approach and the ability to speak to a range of people over the phone and by email. Strong admin skills and happy to commit to a 3 month contract. In return we can offer a rarely available part time working arrangement for mornings only Mon to Fri, majority work from home and weekly pay during the initial 3 month contract period.
