THE ROLE:- Work as part of a friendly and professional kitchen team, supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Assist the senior chefs with daily prep, cooking and service across restaurant, private dining and event work.
- Learn and develop skills across different sections of the kitchen.
- Maintain excellent standards of food presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
- Take pride in consistency, attention to detail and being a reliable member of the team.
- You may already have experience as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistant or trainee chef within a hotel, restaurant, pub or similar hospitality environment.
- You will be passionate about food and eager to learn from experienced chefs.
- You will be reliable, positive and happy to get stuck in.
- You will enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly.
- NLW / £12.71 – £13.00 per hour
- 40-hour working week, 5 days on / 2 days off
