THIS ROLE IS TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT WITH EXCELLENT CAREER PROSPECTS AND FULL TRAINING. This client is looking for people who really want a career, a role which can allow you to develop, learn new skills, take on further education and provide an income in excess of £30k per year.
This is a physical role, it’s going to require you to train on the use of specialist machinery and follow detailed safety processes. You will have a mentor, someone who will be able to offer on the job coaching and answer questions, and who can ensure you reach your potential. This client is prepared to invest in your long term success in the company and can offer weekly or monthly pay.
You will be working in a skilled team and will learn how to make, service and clean moulded metal products. Applicants looking for long term opportunities and the chance to take on further educational/industry qualifications would be welcome.
Duties will include:
- Preparing moulds for manufacturing process
- Operation of overhead cranes to lift items from one area to another
Training is provided on site to a world class standard. There are also opportunities for further industry recognized training and apprenticeships. Hours are 40 hours per week Mon – Fri with the shift times being 6:50 am to 3:30 pm with the possibility of overtime offered.
You do not need to have worked in a similar role before but you do need to be able to work every day. This really is an excellent opportunity for anyone who likes a physical role but who is looking for long term stability and the chance to learn a trade.
