We are an award‑winning company and one of Europe’s leading designers and manufacturers within the engineering sector. We employ over 250 staff and due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse and Stock Assistant based at our head office in Camberley. You will be working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays. We can offer a permanent position along with free parking, pension scheme, 24 days holiday, profit share scheme bonus and many more.

The role would suit candidates with some previous experience of working in a warehouse, stock or picking and packing role who are keen to find a permanent role with a well‑established and professional local company. This is a rare opportunity to join an international, local company who have expanded steadily over the last 10 years and so can offer stability, generous salary and scope for future development.

You will be working as part of a busy despatch team who are responsible for all picking and packing of finished goods for despatch, while ensuring all packing is of standard that will allow goods to arrive safely. The team is also responsible for stock control and maintaining the tracking system.

Responsibilities:
  • Despatch of goods, picking & packing for despatch, ensuring all packages are of sufficient quality to arrive safely at their destination.
  • Pallet wrapping when required.
  • Provision of accurate information to Customer Service for despatches.
  • Stock location of finished parts from production to shelf.
  • Stock rotation.
  • Stock control & stock taking.
  • Stock re‑location to shelf – i.e. from ‘bulk’ shelf or good returns.
  • Re‑wrapping of finished filters to branded.
  • Stores housekeeping & security.
  • Control of tracking system.
  • Other tasks as required by the Despatch Team Leader.
  • Follow all rotas including door collection and FLT driving.
  • Adherence and compliance to ISO standards.
  • Adherence to health and safety requirements.

To be successful for the Warehouse and Stock Assistant role you will have previous experience of working in a warehouse environment with picking and packing experience and be PC literate. In return we can offer you Monday to Friday working hours and free parking plus 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and the chance to join a well‑established company who can offer career progression if desired.
