We are now seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team, to oversee maintenance operations and lead a team of three technicians within a busy manufacturing environment.
The suitable applicant for this role will have proven team leader experience and seeking a new challenge or be covering some team leadership duties as part of their role and seeking a step up, whereby team leading is an everyday part of their job. You will also need to have experience in a hands-on maintenance role, ideally within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment.
Working Monday to Friday 37.5hrs a week 8am – 4.30pm with an early finish on Friday, offering a salary of up to £46k and excellent benefits including; a profit share bonus scheme paid twice yearly, 24 days holiday plus
