The predicted salary is between 22000 - 30000 £ per year.

Assembly/warehouse operative. This will include assembling components (some small) and using air-tools and the manual application of adhesive tapes/seals, with particular attention to detail. Other duties to include packaging of finished products. Assist in other areas as instructed according to the needs of the business.

Assembling component parts of LED Luminaires (Lights) for clean rooms etc. Wiring and modification of lights to dimmable and emergency systems. Also function and testing to European and US standards.

Packing of lights and wrapping of boxes onto pallets for despatch to domestic and international customers. Following basic drawings and standard operating procedures to ensure correct builds. To perform electrical safety tests on products and then pack them correctly for despatch to customers. Packaging finished products as required.

Good time management, efficiency and ability to take ownership of role specific tasks is essential to meet and exceed production targets. Ability to work as part of a team and on one’s own initiative. Ideal candidates would have previously worked with small components, good eye for details, dexterity, good quality control and work to a high standard.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm (42.50 hours a week) - Breaks 9.15am - 9.30am + 12.00pm - 12.30pm + 2.15pm - 2.30pm
