Personnel Selection are currently recruiting for a Forklift Operative - Bendi and/or Counterbalance - to join this fantastic company based on Portway Industrial Estate. You must have an external licence, as in-house tickets are not transferable. This role will be offered on a temp to perm basis, to start ASAP. The hours of work are 11:15am to 7:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8:30 to 3:00 on a Friday. Once permanent, you will enjoy a number of staff benefits including life assurance, health care cash plan, pension, perk box (discounts across various retailers) and quarterly bonus.
Your role will involve:
- Load and unload lorries using forklift equipment
- Pick and scan customer orders using barcode devices
- Accurately check and pack contracts for dispatch
- Operate both Counterbalance and Aisle Master forklifts
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols
