Personnel Selection is assisting an established manufacturing company based in Andover with reliable temporary Production Operatives to join thier busy manufacturing team. This is a full-time, temporary assignment until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension depending on workload. Our client is offering consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to develop practical production skills within electronics.

Full training provided, however to be considered you will need the following:

Ideally have previous experience in production, manufacturing or assembly, although this is not essential.

  • Be comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
  • Be able to work effectively within a small team and use your own initiative.
  • Be confident using small hand tools and equipment.
  • Have the patience and dexterity to work with small, intricate parts and metal components.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and good eyesight.
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills to follow written instructions and complete basic counting tasks.
  • Be comfortable with occasional lifting.
  • Be a positive, dependable team player with a good sense of humour.

Hours and contract details:

  • Full-time day shift.
  • Pay rate is £13ph.
  • Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am–5.00 pm.
  • Friday: 8.00 am–12.00 pm.
  • Weekly pay every Friday through Personnel Selection.
  • Temporary assignment until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension depending on workload.
