We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead our client’s people strategy and oversee all aspects of the HR function for this large and growing organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP of HR will play a critical role in shaping company culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring they attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role at a large organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in change management and organizational development
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leading DEIB initiatives and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
