- We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a
Sales Coordinator to join a busy team in Salisbury.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for someone with strong planning, organisation and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
In your role as Sales Coordinator, you will support the project management team to ensure aftersales jobs are planned, scheduled and progressed efficiently, with customer expectations managed professionally from start to finish.
You will also help resolve outstanding issues quickly, support process improvement, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
This is a full time permanent position and you'll be working full-time hours: 39.5 per week.
Key responsibilities as the Sales Coordinator
- Support the commercial project team with aftersales administration and process improvement.
- Plan and schedule aftersales jobs with outsourced partners to meet standards and targets.
- Create and monitor jobs on the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and support complaint resolution.
- Liaise with customers daily and escalated technical issues where needed.
- Maintain accurate records, documents and compliance paperwork.
- Help reduce snagging volumes through effective scheduling and communication.
