Join the supportive Acess2 Human Resources team at our Salisbury office as our new HR Advisor, supporting our diverse range of clients across various sectors. As the HR Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in delivering practical, legally compliant HR solutions and ensuring a positive experience for all.

As one of our HR Advisors, you will:
- Provide clear, accurate HR advice to clients over the phone and via email, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
- Accurately record all case notes on our case management system
- Manage and update the ‘Breathe HR’ system, ensuring it’s aligned with service agreements
- Assist with HR administration, including the preparation of employment documents such as contracts, offer letters, handbooks, and policies
- Identify new opportunities to deliver additional services to clients, enhancing their HR experience
- Stay up to date with employment law developments and attend relevant seminars and events
- Play a vital role in our team, offering ongoing support to clients and colleagues alike

We'd like you to have some HR casework experience - for example managing grievance, disciplinary and absence. Good Employment Law knowledge is also needed and the ability to draft contracts and policies in line with legislation. An understanding of HR Systems, e.g. BreatheHR, would be an advantage.
There is some flexibility with hours but you must be happy to work onsite at our offices as business needs demand. We’re looking ideally for candidates with a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a solid track record in HR, particularly in managing employee relations cases. But most importantly, we’re after someone who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and is eager to support a variety of businesses.
