Are you a qualified AAT professional available to cover a 12 month maternity contract? Full or Part Time hours are available in this Accounts Administrator role working Monday to Friday. The Accounts Administrator position offers the perfect environment for an AAT-qualified individual looking to further develop their experience. Administering client accounts and working closely with property managers to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Processing daily tenant receipts from bank statements and post, ensuring all payments are accurately recorded. Reconciling bank statements and entering bank interest to maintain financial accuracy. Issuing annual reports and supporting tax return preparation. Managing service charges for properties and sites, ensuring that budgets and charges are up to date and accurate.
