Production Supervisor

We are partnering with an established manufacturer based on Churchfields Industrial Estate in Salisbury and we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead their team on the production shop floor. This role is ideal for someone with strong people management experience in a manufacturing environment as your ability to lead, motivate and drive performance in a fast-paced setting is key. As the Production Supervisor you’ll work Monday to Friday and annual salary is £32000. Key Responsibilities in your role as Production Supervisor include: Supervise day-to-day production operations Manage and support a team of production operatives Ensure output, quality and health & safety standards are met Handle staffing, workflow and basic troubleshooting issues Collaborate with other departments (planning, maintenance, quality) Support onboarding and training of new staff What You’ll Have: Proven experience in manufacturing team leadership or supervision Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to drive performance and maintain morale under pressure Hands-on approach and confident decision-maker Comfortable working to targets and KPI Ideally knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement Basic understanding of production reporting tools Apply now with your CV or give Lynne a call for more information #J-18808-Ljbffr
