HR Administrator (Apprenticeship) Location: Guildhall, Salisbury Salary: National Minimum Wage for age Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible) Closing Date: 10/02/2025 CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice Are you organised, proactive, and eager to start a career in HR? Join our newly established HR team as an HR Administrator Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while earning your CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, fully funded as part of this role. You’ll support the HR team with a variety of tasks, including: * Coordinating recruitment processes, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities. * Maintaining accurate HR and payroll records. * Assisting with training bookings and post-learning activities. * Producing documents for formal meetings and updating HR systems. * Acting as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries. We don’t expect you to have experience in HR—this apprenticeship focuses on your potential. If you are: * Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time well. * A strong communicator who enjoys helping others. * Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information. * Eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges.
