We’re working with a innovative estate agency that’s changing the way homes are marketed and sold — and they’re now looking for a Client Support Executive to join the team!This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, people-focused and enjoys variety in their day. You’ll be supporting the full property marketing and sales process, from preparing homes for market to guiding clients through viewings and offers. As the Client Support Executive you’ll play a key role in making sure every step of the journey is smooth, professional, and enjoyable for the client. This is a fabulous business As the new Client Support Executive you will: Coordinate the marketing of new property listings, from planning through to launch Work alongside the Sales Agent to manage properties through the full sales process Organise and attend media days (with photographers, videographers, and home-stagers) Handle compliance checks, such as land registry and anti-money laundering (AML) paperwork Register new clients, manage the internal database, and handle incoming calls Book viewings, process offers, and keep all parties updated throughout Create weekly marketing reports and keep marketing materials accurate and up to date Provide admin support to ensure the smooth running of each listing What We’re Looking For: Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional setting A confident communicator who enjoys working with people Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks Calm and solution-focused when problems arise Able to work well with a team and take initiative Some property or marketing experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided and you\’ll get: A varied and rewarding role in a fast-paced, client-focused environment A chance to join a growing and forward-thinking business Opportunities to build your skills in project coordination, property marketing, and client care The chance to be part of something new and exciting in the property sector If you’re someone who loves working with people, enjoys keeping things organised and takes pride in doing a job well — we’d love to hear from you.
