- Planning and organising food preparation

- Managing the kitchen and service independently
- Ensuring meals are prepared and served to a consistent standard
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook
- Good knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety proceduresl
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen service
