About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading name in the modular building sector, one of the fastest growing areas of modern construction. You’ll be based at the main depot, where you’ll prepare, refurbish, and modify modular units ready for hire or sale. This role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as property repair and maintenance, multi‑trade, fabrication, shop fitting, or fitting, looking to build a long‑term career in the modular building sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and remove partitions, wall panels, and interior fittings in modular units
• Carry out basic plumbing work including installation of sinks, taps, showers, and toilets
• Perform basic electrical tasks such as installing heaters, plug sockets, and conducting MCB tests
• Undertake general maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of units
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete all relevant job documentation
• Support the delivery of high‑quality modular units across the modular building sector

Requirements

• Proven experience in property maintenance, multi‑trade, fabrication, or fitting
• Competent in general maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrics
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• A strong interest in developing within the modular building sector
