Shift Supervisor – Staines
Hours: 55 hours/week (Day Shift: 06:00-17:00 | Night Shift: 17:00-04:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends)
Pay: £17.95 – £19.24 per hour (depending on experience) + additional pay for extra shifts
We\’re recruiting on behalf of a busy processing facility for a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations and manage a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is perfect for someone with a background in manufacturing, engineering, or waste processing who can lead from the front and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day shift operations and staff
• Ensure all health & safety and quality standards are met
• Complete accurate reports and documentation
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly
• Support staff training and shift handovers

What We\’re Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing setting
• Background in engineering, maintenance, or electrical operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexible, proactive, and reliable
• PLC or automated equipment experience is a bonus

Desirable:

• NEBOSH or COTC certification
• Licences for FLT, Telehandler, Loading Shovel, etc.
