Salary / Hourly Rate / Benefits: £13 - £14 per hour
Shift Pattern / Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm (1-hour lunch). Paid Saturday shift (8am – 10am) every 6 weeks. 1 in 6 weeks rota plumbing admin late shift (10am – 7pm).
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Administrator to join a relaxed but hardworking office team based in Roydon. This role is ideal for someone with experience in scheduling, administration, coordination or customer service roles such as Service Coordinator, Planner, Administrator or Office Assistant. You’ll be responsible for scheduling engineers, validating engineer submissions and maintaining accurate records that feed directly into Thames Water’s billing system—so attention to detail and a logical mindset are essential. Full training will be provided on your workstream, along with cross-training for wider team support. Immediate start available.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate engineers and plumbers
- Accurately enter and update data in the internal database
- Validate engineer submissions and cross-check completed work
- Identify and correct data discrepancies
- Compile and maintain clear and accurate Excel spreadsheets
- Communicate with Thames Water and engineers to resolve queries
- Handle general administrative duties as required
