What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening
- Managing job adverts and responding to applications
- Conducting initial candidate outreach via phone, email and text
- Assisting with interview coordination and compliance checks
- Helping with shift planning and booking temporary staff
- Supporting day-to-day client management and account coordination
- Contributing to business development activities, including lead generation and market research
- Using our systems to update candidate and client records accurately
What we’re looking for:
