We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy paint and bodyshop in Ascot. This is a hands-on, permanent position supporting the day-to-day flow of parts within a fast-paced automotive repair environment. The role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, working closely with technicians, and keeping jobs moving efficiently.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00; One in three Saturdays 07:00 to 12:00

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage ordering, receiving, and issuing of vehicle parts
  • Liaise with suppliers, technicians, and workshop staff
  • Ensure correct parts are available for scheduled repairs
  • Monitor stock levels and keep records up to date
  • Handle returns, warranties, and parts queries
  • Support the smooth running of the paint and bodyshop

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
  • Background in automotive, bodyshop, accident repair, or dealership settings
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving workshop environment
