Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights
About the Role
My client, a packaging company in Letchworth, is looking for a Production Operative to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
No machine experience is needed as full training will be provided. This is a good opportunity for someone looking for long-term work who wants to learn new skills and progress into machine operation.
What You’ll Do

Help run packaging machinery and production lines

Load materials and assist with machine changes

Monitor production and check products

Keep your work area clean and safe

Work with the team to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For

Someone keen to learn and work long term

Previous warehouse, factory or production experience would be useful but isn't essential

Someone comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts

Someone able to travel to Letchworth for work
