HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected refuse collection service in Potters Bar, and we’re looking for a skilled HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver to join their friendly team. If you’re experienced in refuse collection and enjoy working outdoors in a team environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Pay & Benefits for HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers:

• £18.81 per hour – Monday to Friday

• £28.21 per hour – Overtime & Bank Holidays

• Weekly pay – reliable and consistent

• Immediate start – ongoing, long-term work available

Job Details:

• Shifts: Monday to Friday (36 hours per week)

• Start Time: 6:00 AM – job and finish

• Extra Hours: Optional overtime available

• Main Duties:

  • Drive dustcart to collect household and commercial waste

  • Work closely with loaders and assist when needed

• Supportive team environment

Requirements for the HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver role:

• HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

• Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card

• Previous experience in refuse collection is essential
