About the role
We are recruiting a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a major national client account. This field-based role combines regular client visits, commercial account management, and close coordination with internal design, production, and installation teams. You will take ownership of projects from site survey through to installation and aftercare while building strong long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a large multi-site national account
- Visit client sites across the UK to review requirements and identify opportunities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing while protecting margins
- Oversee projects from survey and approval through production and installation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Resolve issues quickly and maintain strong client relationships
- Support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Essential requirements
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role
- Experience managing large or multi-site client accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based position
- Full UK driving licence
