Job Title: Data Wiping Operative

Location: Harlow

Pay: £12.30 per hour paid weekly

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30

We are looking for reliable tech savvy people to join a growing team in Harlow. This role involves working with smartphones tablets and other small electronic devices. You will use company software to erase data securely carry out basic checks and update information on the system. Full training is provided so experience is not essential.

If you have worked as a device technician IT support assistant refurbishment operative or warehouse operative with computer use you will likely pick this up quickly.

What you will do

• Use software to wipe data from devices to strict security standards
• Carry out simple testing and quality checks on phones and tablets
• Log information accurately and work through digital workflows
• Handle devices carefully and follow set procedures
• Support the wider team in a clean organised tech environment

What we are looking for

• Comfortable using computers and electronic devices
• Good attention to detail and able to follow processes
• Reliable approach with a clear understanding of confidentiality
• Keen to learn and able to work in a fast paced setting
